Carrie Kroop
Carrie is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Brightfin and Proven Optics. She’s a business-first people leader with 20+ years of experience across investment banking, healthcare technology, legal, and SaaS—building teams, coaching leaders, and helping organizations perform through growth, change, and complexity. She previously helped scale Silversmith Capital Partners-backed Centauri Health Solutions through aggressive growth and nine acquisitions, and that integration intensity is her sweet spot. Carrie cares deeply about her “customers,” and in my world, that starts with employees. When the employee experience is strong—clear expectations, trusted leaders, smart systems, and real support—teams move faster, serve customers better, and build something they’re proud of. Carrie is also certified in yoga and mindfulness and has created corporate programs focused on resilience, burnout reduction, and sustainable performance. Carrie is a graduate of University of Western Ontario.
